Are you waiting for something in your life to happen that feels stuck? Are you struggling with where you are versus where you want to be? Are you at your wits' end with your situation, whether it’s your business, marriage, family, or station in life?
Ask yourself an honest question: Are you trying to control the situation, or have you fully relinquished control to God and approached the situation according to His Word?

When we release the illusion of control over our lives and move forward with intentional faith and trust in God's plan, according to His Word, we position ourselves to experience His best.
There is a peace and security that comes from trusting God's timing and choosing to do things His way, even when they may not make logical sense.

Proverbs 3:5-6 NIV
5 Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; 6 in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.

|
|
But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me.
The challenges you’re facing today are forging the faith and spiritual maturity (fruit that remains) that you need. Maybe you’re struggling to parent a wayward teenager, and the situation seems impossible. Maybe you are facing a challenge in your business or career and can’t see the light at the end of the tunnel. Maybe your marriage is on the rocks. If you're a student, maybe you're anxious about the future ahead of you.

Allow God to take control of the situation.

Take a moment to identify areas in your life that you have taken the reins away from God and into your own control. Maybe it’s something you are simply doing in your own strength and wisdom. Repent and give those areas back to God.
If you find yourself in the in-between, God wants to increase your faith this morning and lift your eyes off your circumstances and onto Him. Put on the worship playlist and praise God, not because of what He can do for you, but because He is worthy of our praise.
Now watch your faith increase and allow gratitude to God to fill your heart today.
